Birth Doula Services

I fell in love with birthing support during my first pregnancy journey. I believes labor is a time to tap into personal, collective, and ancestral power. I loves being able to hold space and find ways to elevate families internal support systems during a season of blooming. Bearing witness to the birth and rebirth of families in such a liminal time brightens my heart and sparks my passions. I have a PhD in Counselor Education and have been holding sacred space for empathy in complexity for over 10 years. I am bilingual (Spanish-English). I believes that chosen families, whatever they may look like, should be the primary supports during the birthing process and I focus my doula work on empowering the collective unit. Outside of birthing, I tends to the cycle of life through gardening, floral arranging, and being an active social justice activist in personal and professional spaces.
